Who is she?

Lily Bowman is a personal brand strategist, entrepreneur and content creator who has spent almost a decade learning what makes people pay attention, and more importantly, what makes them care.

Since beginning her career online at 18, Lily has built a combined audience of more than 3 million people across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, launched multiple businesses through social media, and worked behind the scenes in creative brand strategy.

Her experience has given her a rare perspective from both sides of the industry: she understands what it takes to build an audience from the ground up, but also how to turn attention into something more meaningful. Trust, community, reputation and opportunity.

In 2025, Lily founded Lily Social to help founders, athletes, creators and experts build personal brands with the same intention.

Her approach goes beyond content calendars and growth hacks. Lily works with people to uncover what makes them uniquely valuable, their perspective, experience, personality and story, and turn that into a clear, memorable personal brand.

At the heart of her philosophy is a simple belief:

The strongest personal brands aren't manufactured. They're amplified.

As AI makes content easier to create and the internet increasingly crowded, Lily believes the ability to feel the real person behind a brand will only become more valuable.

Her work and perspective on the future of influence was featured in Forbes Australia in 2026, recognising her approach to building brands through authenticity, human connection and trust.

Through Lily Social, she now helps ambitious people become known for something, without becoming someone they're not.
